Last week, CMS made final the long-awaited revision of the Home Health Conditions of Participation (CoPs), the biggest overhaul and update of these regulations in more than 20 years. The new CoPs, which include changes affecting areas such as patient rights, communication with physicians and quality management program requirements, will become effective on July 13, 2017. Because of the tight timeframe, PHA will be offering members ongoing educational sessions and tools to comply with the new COPs.

Join PHA for a full-day session in Harrisburg on Wednesday, March 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to get a full overview of the new COPs and begin digging in to the details with expert home health consultant Diane Link, RN, MHA from BlackTree Healthcare Consulting.

Cancellation Policy: PHA will provide a credit in place of any cancelled session, event or product that has been paid for in advance. The credit may go toward any session, event or product to be used within a one-year period from the date of cancellation. The amount of the credit will be minus 25% of the cost of the original purchase price. No credit will be given for no-shows or for cancellations within three weeks of the session.
