The role of homecare schedulers is essential for all homecare agencies and can be critically important in increasing customer satisfaction. By popular demand, PHA is pleased to present this day-long workshop specifically designed for schedulers – the cornerstone of care! The event will feature presentations on time management, customer service, professionalism and dealing with difficult people. In addition, fellow schedulers will share best practices and guide a lively open discussion.

Pamela Jett, a nationally-recognized communication skills expert, speaker and author, will present two sessions during this day-long workshop: “Snipers, Steamrollers and Chronic Complainers: Dealing with Difficult People” and “Extraordinary Customer Care.” Terrell Cannon, Director of Workforce Development at Home Care Associates, will discuss professionalism.

Cancellation Policy:  PHA will provide a credit in place of any cancelled session, event or product that has been paid for in advance. The credit may go toward any session, event or product to be used within a one-year period from the date of cancellation. The amount of the credit will be minus 25% of the cost of the original purchase price. No credit will be given for cancellations within three weeks of the session.
