PHA is excited to announce a new, more in-depth lead ership program designed especially for homecare and hospice for 2017! Parti cipants of all levels, from new and rising star supervisors to seasoned man agers, will find value in this innovative, engaging and effective leadershi p and supervisory program. The program includes two full-day, in-person wor kshops and one webinar to maximize understanding of the knowledge, techniqu es and insights discussed, as well as foster relationships among participan ts.
Most hom e health, homecare and hospice supervisors, managers, and directors have co me up through the ranks. They were highly successful clinicians, frontline workers, bookkeepers, or administrative staff. Many have not had the opport unity for formal training in supervision, motivation, delegation, or the al l-important skills needed to build positive teams and to hold people accoun table. The vast majority would gain tremendously from professional training . Supervision Plus, led by Fazzi’s Cindy Campbell, is a unified appro ach to management culture that builds leadership teams and maximizes outcom es of performance.
Cancellation Policy: PHA will provide a credit in place of any ca ncelled session, event or product that has been paid for in advance. The cr edit may go toward any session, event or product to be used within a one-ye ar period from the date of cancellation. The amount of the credit will be m inus 25% of the cost of the original purchase price. No credit will be give n for no-shows or for cancellations within three weeks of the session.
