Education Committee

Chair: Kim Kranz

• Plans educational activities to meet budget projections
• Solicits member suggestions for educational programming
• Identifies topics and speakers

Executive Committee

Chair: Paul Bartoletti

• Consists of the Officers of the Board of Directors. The Board President may appoint no more than three (3) At-Large Members, who are voting members of the Board of Directors
• Recommends for appointment, supervise, evaluate and set the compensation for the Executive Director of the Association
• Approves other Standing Committee members or task forces appointed by the President

Finance Committee

Chair: Steve Richard

• Prepares a budget annually for adoption by the Board
• Recommends Investment Guidelines to the Board
• Oversees the Trustee for the assets of the Association

Nominating Committee

• Solicits recommendations from the membership of the Association for nominations for the Board of Directors
• Identifies qualified candidates to serve on the Board
• Prepares ballots for voting on the election of the Board of Directors
• Recommends to the Board replacements to fill vacancies occurring between elections

PHA Political Action Committee (HomePAC)

Chair: Warren Altomare

• Solicits contributions from the membership for PHAs Political Action Committee
• PAC Board supports the political leaders and candidates who are champions for homecare providers and our issues
• PAC Board play a strategic role in working to maximize the IMPACT of PAC contributuions

Public Policy Committee

Chair: James Fetzner

• Reviews state and federal legislation and regulations affecting members
• Develops strategies to address legislative and regulatory issues
• Develops strategies to address reimbursement issues
• Oversees legal counsel and public affairs consultants
