Run for the Board

A call for nominations is issued each August via PHA's weekly e-newsletter Connections. Candidates must be senior managers with a home health agency, homecare agency/registry or hospice agency. The Board Nominating Committee will select up to two individuals to run for each open seat.

Members interested in running for the Board will be asked to submit:

1. Signed Board Commitment Form
2. One-page resume with a photo.
3. Response to the following questions, in 500 words or less:

• Why do you want to be a member of the PHA Board of Directors and what unique qualifications would you bring to the Board?
• What are the top three issues PHA should address during your term?
