Sandra Joseph is a singer, actress, author and speaker who holds the distinction of being the longest-running leading lady in Broadway's longest-running show. For 10 years, she starred in one of the best-known roles in Broadway history: Christine Daae in The Phantom of the Opera. Sandra will inspire and propel attendees toward greater success through authenticity, emotional connection and Broadway-insider secrets to peak performance. Alex Castellanos, CNN Political Strategist & Analyst
Alex Castellanos is one of the Republican party's best-known and most successful media consultants and strategists. He has served as media consultant to seven U.S Presidential campaigns and has helped elect nine U.S. Senators, six Governors and enjoys over two decades of political consulting experience. Castellanos brings a wealth of campaign strategy, public opinion research and communications experience to corporate communications and public policy campaigns.

Mark Shields, PBS NewsHour Commentator, Columnist & Political Analyst
A nationally-known columnist and commentator, Mark Shields has worked in Washington through the administrations of nine U.S. Presidents. He was an editorial writer for The Washington Post where he began writing his column in 1979. Since 1988, Shields has provided weekly political analysis and commentary on national campaigns for the award-winning PBS NewsHour where he has matched wits with David Gergen, The Wall Street Journal's Paul Gigot and most recently with David Brooks of The New York Times. For 17 years, Shields was moderator and panelist on CNN's Capital Gang. He now is a regular panelist on Inside Washington, the weekly public affairs show which is seen on both ABC and PBS.
