Hear from CGS First-Hand at PHA's Regulatory Summits in October

PHA is hosting two regulatory summits this fall for members to connect one-on-one with CGS.

Annette Lee, RN, MS, HCS-D, COS-C, will lead the discussion and provide an overview of the CGS medical review programs for home health and hospice, including the current widespread edits, the review process, coverage guidelines, documentation and the home health physical therapy local coverage determination (LCD) and the hospice local coverage determination (LCD) for terminal prognosis.

The session will also include a review of the most frequent home health and hospice denials and how to avoid them.

"Members attending these summits will get a rare glimpse into CGS and how the MAC's medical review process works," said Vicki Hoak, PHA CEO.

Cost is $195. The first regulatory summit will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the PHA office, 600 N. 12th Street, Suite 200, Lemoyne. Click here to register.
