Hospice Quality Reporting User Guides Available on CMS Website CMS has posted two user guides on its website for the Hospice Quality Reporting Program for data to be collected between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2012 and submitted Jan. 1 through April 1, 2013. Providers are encouraged to prepare for data collection and submission by downloading the available guides now. The User Guide for Hospice Quality Reporting Data Collection will instruct hospice providers on data collection processes. The Technical User Guide for Hospice Quality Reporting Data Entry and Submission will instruct hospice providers on data submission processes and provide details about the data entry website for the HQRP. Please note: the data entry site is not yet available for provider use. It is scheduled to go live on Jan. 1, 2013. |
