Learn How Celtic Healthcare is Helping to 'Bring the Vote Home'

PHA thanks all of the agencies who have kicked off "Bring the Vote Home" campaigns. Your efforts will help ensure that the voice of homecare is heard in this November's elections. Many agencies have already downloaded and ordered voter registration and absentee ballot applications from the PHA website to distribute to their staff members, patients and consumers.

Member Spotlight:
Celtic Healthcare, Inc. is one agency that has answered the call to action! Jodi McKinney, director of corporate communications, Celtic Healthcare, said the entire staff is excited about participating in the initiative.

"We have posted it on our internal intranet site to our staff and are supplying hard copy supplies of the forms to each of our branch locations for our clinical providers to pick up," McKinney said. "We also posted it on our Facebook page, tweeted it on our Twitter page, added to our Pinterest board for senior resources and plan to add something to our website to encourage seniors to vote."

McKinely said they've also done town hall meetings with employees and developed a fun trivia game, complete with prizes, to gauge employees' awareness of the "Bring the Vote Home" campaign.

"This campaign to 'Bring the Vote Home' is important to us at Celtic Healthcare because we want to assure that the greatest generation ever can vote," said Arnie Burchianti, CEO, Celtic Healthcare.
