PHA Intermediate Coding Workshop Will Feature Sneak Peek at ICD-10

PHA is offering a full-day workshop on intermediate ICD-9 coding for home health. It will also include a sneak preview of some features of ICD-10-CM.

The workshop aims to apply chapter-specific guidelines to improve coding accuracy, identify applications for V code use and recognize the relationship between V codes, case mix diagnoses & M1024.

The workshop will be held at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg in Camp Hill from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 12. The Homecare Coding Specialist Diagnosis Certification Exam will be offered the next day from 9-11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 13. Click here to register separately for the exam.
