Results Are In! PHA Board Welcomes Five New Members

PHA is pleased to welcome five new members to the Board of Directors. Jane Feinman has been elected southeast representative and Johann Becker, James Fetzner and Kathleen Hoffman have been elected as at-large representatives. Cathy Grove was re-elected to a second three-year term.

Jane Feinman has served as senior vice president of hospice with the VNA/Hospice of Philadelphia since 2003. Her prior homecare experience includes both community nonprofit, for-profit and hospital-based homecare and hospice agencies.

Cathy Grove is the executive director of Guardian Home & Community Services in Brockway. A member of the PHA Board since 2010, Grove has served on the Best Practices Committee and the Public Policy Committee, where she has served as the Chairman of HomePAC, PHA's political action committee.

Johann Becker serves as the director of clinical operations for VNA Home Care Services - Wellspan in York. She has more than 24 years of home health, hospice and private duty experience.

Jim Fetzner is president/CEO of Comfort Care & Resources, Inc. in Erie. He also serves as president/CEO of Brookside Homes of America, a multi-state consulting and licensing firm focused on developing and implementing innovative shared housing for healthcare providers and managed care organizations.

Kathleen Hoffman serves as administrator for Family Home Medical Hospice Inc. in Mount Carmel, chief operating officer for Family Home Medical Home Health Agency and administrator for Family Home Medical Support Service Private Duty Agency.
