Seventy Pennsylvania Agencies Named to HomeCare Elite List A total of 70 agencies, almost 15% of Pennsylvania's 487 home health agencies, were named to the 2012 HomeCare Elite, a compilation of the top-performing home health agencies in the United States. The list of HomeCare Elite agencies is ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, process measure implementation and financial performance. Agencies that have earned recognition among the HomeCare Elite demonstrated that they not only can adapt to an evolving marketplace but continue to excel in both clinical and financial outcomes. "I am so pleased that our VNA has, once again, been listed as a HomeCare Elite agency," said Jill Over, Clarion Forest VNA. "Our staff has worked extremely hard to deal with all the regulatory and reimbursement changes while our local economy continues to suffer, and it helps to be recognized for a job well done."
