Description:
The world-class Omni Bedford Springs Resort will serve as the backdrop for PHA’s new CEO Academy, which focuses on the most critical leadership issues for both new and experienced chief executive officers, directors, administrators and executive team members.

With the fast pace of healthcare changes, organizations need resilient teams ready to face ongoing challenges. During this CEO Academy, you will gain insight into the building blocks of resilient teams. This program provides hands-on tools for strategic decision making, evaluating team dynamics, assessing employee engagement, and developing a culture of resiliency.

To achieve the deepest levels of learning, facilitators Dr. Tonya Y Miller, DPT, Ph.D., TYM Coaching, LLC, and Amy Lafko, MBA, Cairn Consulting Solutions, combine experiential learning with a post-course executive coaching session to provide clarity about how the learning objectives impact your unique situation.

Objectives:
Analyze your unique Emotional Quotient (EQ)and how your EQ impacts your organization
Articulate building blocks of a resilient team
Translate complex change into strategic tactics for the organization
Formulate individualized initiatives to engage employees and facilitate a resilient organizational culture


Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, please notify PHA in writing via email ([email protected]). If the notice of cancellation is received PRIOR to the day of the event/workshop, PHA will provide a credit, minus a 30% administrative fee. This credit must be used within one year of the date of issue on educational programming. Credit will not be accepted for membership dues or PHA’s Annual Conference. No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations on the DAY OF or following the event/workshop. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event.
