With the health and safety of direct care workers and the seniors they serve in mind, PHA has made the decision to POSTPONE the Direct Care Worker Forum from March 17 until Thursday, June 18, 2020.

PHA has participated in discussions with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and other healthcare leaders, and also reviewed guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) prior to making this difficult decision. Seniors and people with underlying medical conditions are particularly susceptible to this virus, and we do not want to risk any potential spread among DCWs - their LIFELINES.
