Description:
Documentation within the home health industry is problematic at best and results in multiple issues for agencies. Poor practices must be eradicated and replaced with clinical documentation that meets all requirements. This program does not need to be a problem for your staff! Learn how to implement a clinical documentation improvement (CDI) program in your agency to ensure staff document what is necessary and correct to provide the story of the patient: a beginning, a middle, and an end.

Presenter Laura Page-Greifinger RN, BSN, MPA, President and Chair of QIRT (Quality In Real Time) will discuss the following topics:

  • Definition and explanation of a CDI Program
  • Implementation of a CDI Program
  • Monitoring a CDI Program

1 Nursing CE and 1 OT CE are available for this webinar
