Change is never easy…especially the sudden change we’ve all experienced over the past few months. As a home-based care provider, your caregivers are taking on the responsibility for keeping patients and consumers safe at home while dealing with sudden changes in procedure and emotional and financial impacts. It’s more critical than ever that leaders work proactively to keep up employee morale during this challenging time. This webinar will provide attendees with 10 specific strategies for boosting employee morale during (and after) the COVID-19 national emergency. The actions you take now will have immediate impact on team member engagement.

This credit must be used within one year of the date of issue on educational programming. Credit will not be accepted for membership dues or PHA’s Annual Conference. No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations on the DAY OF or following the event/workshop. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event.
