Description:
PHA Leadership Academy goes Virtual! We understand that attending our two-day leadership academy may be challenging in today's environment. As a result, we are bringing our successful leadership academy to you in an easy to participate virtual format. The newly-formulated academy will span the course of six months, bringing you a blend of on-demand learning modules, monthly small group discussions, one-on-one guidance, simulations, experiential activities, and case studies to help emerging and potential leaders realize their full potential.

Participants will explore personal behavioral tendencies and human interaction to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how to lead others. Facilitator Dr. Tonya Miller, TYM Coaching, will combine assessment tools, online courses, small online group discussions and dynamic individual coaching to help you reach your fullest potential as a leader. 

This structure not only makes learning interesting and fun, but it fosters real world application with multiple touch points throughout the six-month program, which includes:

  • Talent Insight Assessment
  • Participant Workbook
  • Six monthly leadership modules
  • Six monthly group discovery online workshops (Tuesday or Thursday once a month)
  • Individual Virtual 1:1 coaching session

If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, please notify PHA in writing via email ([email protected]). If the notice of cancellation is received PRIOR to the day of the event/workshop, PHA will provide a credit, minus a 30% administrative fee. This credit must be used within one year of the date of issue on educational programming. Credit will not be accepted for membership dues or PHA’s Annual Conference. No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations on the DAY OF or following the event/workshop. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event.
