Description:
Two vaccine-related regulations were published on November 5, 2021, by CMS and OSHA, mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for many employees. This will make the second OSHA emergency temporary standard in less than 6 months. Part one of this session will focus on guidance and issues for home health, home care and hospice providers, in preparation for a two-part mandatory phase in with final date 1/4/2022, that has the potential to impact reimbursement.

In part two of the webinar, PHA CEO Teri Henning will share Association guidance on complying with the mandates, as well as the latest on court challenges, with time for Q&A.
