Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify PHA by April 15, 2022, in writing via email to [email protected]. If the notice of cancellation is received prior to this date, PHA will provide a credit, minus a 30% administrative fee. This credit must be used within one year of the date of issue on educational programming. Credit will not be accepted for membership dues or PHA’s Annual Conference. No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations received after April 15, 2022. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event. The Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA) continues to monitor developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, PHA reserves the right to adjust conference delivery to hybrid and/or virtual, if needed.​COVID-19 Safety

​Attendee Policy: At the discretion of PHA, attendees may be required to show proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test result prior to conference participation. Attendees may also be required to follow specified COVID-19 (or other infectious disease-related) protocols, depending upon community circumstances and applicable guidance at the time of the event. Attendees agree to self-screen for COVID-19 or other illness-related symptoms and to not attend the conference if they feel ill.
