PHA will be holding a two-day OASIS training workshop on April 3-4, 2023, in the Harrisburg, PA, at the Hilton Garden Inn.
We are also including the COS-C exam on April 5, 2023, this is an optional add-on. PHA partners with OASIS Answers to provide this training.

Schedule:

Workshop: April 3-4, 2023
Registration & Continental Breakfast: 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Workshop: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Breakfast & Lunch are provided both days.

COS-C Exam (Optional): April 5, 2023
Registration: 8:15 - 8:45 a.m. (breakfast not provided)
Must be seated by 8:45 a.m. for Exam Instructions
Exam: 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. 
There is a separate registration and fee required for the exam. Registration information for the COS-C Exam!
Must register by March 27, 2023, to secure a spot.

If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify PHA in writing via email ([email protected]). If the notice of cancellation is received PRIOR to the day of the event/workshop, PHA will provide a credit, minus a 30% administrative fee. This credit must be used within one year of the date of issue on educational programming. Credit will not be accepted for membership dues or PHA’s Annual Conference. No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations on the DAY OF or following the event/workshop. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event.
