Description:
Join PHA for a special session to help agencies prepare for the next phase of Community HealthChoices implementation in the Southeast. This session is targeted exclusively for homecare and home health agencies, and includes an in-depth review of how home-based agencies can survive and thrive in the new world of managed care for long-term services and supports.

Don’t let the unknown keep you up at night! Come and hear from Alissa Halperin, Esq., the expert who has helped several states develop their MLTSS programs. Topics to be covered include contracting tips, new benefits and opportunities for reimbursement under CHC, processes and policies, and quality indicators. Attendees will also hear first-hand from other homecare agencies that have already been through CHC implementation in Southwest Pennsylvania.

This credit must be used within one year of the date of issue on educational programming. Credit will not be accepted for membership dues or PHA’s Annual Conference. No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations on the DAY OF or following the event/workshop. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event.
