Because a majority of our patients are homebound, many can't make it to the polling booth in order to exercise their right to vote. During this election season, you can help your patients participate in important local, state and national elections by participating in the Bring the Vote Home campaign.

What is Bring the Vote Home?
Bring the Vote Home is a nationwide citizenship project coordinated by the nation's homecare community to help America's approximately 12 million homecare patients, including 3.5 Medicare beneficiaries, and more than 1.1 million skilled healthcare professionals exercise their right to vote in national and state elections this November.

Why is it important?
The homecare community - and the millions of American seniors we care for - have the opportunity to vote for lawmakers who will stand up for the interests of our patients and our profession. Our homebound patients may not be able to travel to the polls, but we can help them make their voices heard.

How do I participate?

1. Download and print the voter registration and absentee ballot application forms below. Or order them directly from PHA.
2. Distribute the forms to your staff, caregivers, consumers, patients and family members and help them register to vote or obtain an absentee ballot so that can cast their vote from home.
3. VOTE and make the voice of the homecare community heard!
